  • When will I be able to access our tent on the beach?
    Tent packages are set up by 10:00 AM and taken down at 8:00 PM daily. We will do our best to make accommodations as needed, so please do not hesitate to ask if you would prefer an earlier setup.
  • How will I know which tent is mine on the beach?
    Your package will have a reservation sign with your last name attached to the tent.
  • What payment methods do you accept.
    Currently, we accept Card, Venmo, Cash, or Check payments. Payment must be made in full prior to your reservation day(s). Once reservation has been confirmed, a team member will reach out with payment details.
  • What if we need one more chair?
    We want to make your beach day as easy and enjoyable as possible, so please do not hesitate to ask about additional chairs. With a limited inventory it may be hard to accommodate in every instance but we are more than happy to add chairs to your package if they are available.
  • I submitted a reservation request, what now?
    After submitting your reservation inquiry one of our employees will respond promptly providing an availability schedule. Once your reservation is confirmed we will follow-up with next steps to secure payment.
  • What happens if there are severe weather conditions during my reservation?
    Summer weather in the southeast can be very unpredictable. Our team monitors weather patterns on a daily basis, striving to ensure the availability of your beach gear between the hours of 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM. However, it is important to note that adverse weather conditions have the potential to curtail operational hours or disrupt our services. The safety and well-being of our valued customers and dedicated employees are of paramount importance to us. Therefore, in the event of severe weather phenomena such as lightning or strong winds, it may become necessary to suspend our services temporarily. Rest assured, we will promptly communicate any impact on our services due to inclement weather, keeping you well-informed. Should severe weather conditions persist and prevent the provision of services for more than two consecutive days during your rental week, we are committed to working closely with you to address the matter appropriately, which may involve facilitating a refund. We extend the same considerations for any complications arising during daily rentals, as we believe in maintaining fairness and transparency with our esteemed clientele. Please feel free to reach out to us for further discussion or clarification regarding any rental complications caused by weather conditions.
  • Should we tip the Beach Bungalow staff?
    Tips are always welcomed and very much appreciated. Our staff works hard to provide the best service and make your vacation as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.
